How disappointing it was to go into the Crepery and get poor service, substandard food and weak coffee and even weaker hot chocolate. I ordered bacon and egg on a muffin. Just look at the dog's breakfast. Should have stuck with the scones, they were pretty good according to my friend. Getting poor, borderline grumpy service is a deal breaker. This place has always been reliable. Not now.

Drove from Brisbane just wanted coffee and something to eat ,orded waited 45 mins for coffee and food with us & 2 other people in cafe not busy at all. Got food and wasn't worth the wait at all. Appently, that is a big breakfast.

I came to this cafĂ© to sit, work, and charge my laptop because my house had a power outage. At first, I was happy with the environment and even thought about coming back in the future. I ordered a full meal and a coffee, thinking that as a paying customer, I would be welcome to stay. However, the food and coffee were disappointing—not great at all.

Despite the cafĂ© not being crowded and me quietly minding my own business, a staff member approached me and said this cafĂ© is ‘for paying customers only.’ I was confused because I had already bought food and a drink. When I told them that, they changed their reason and said I had left halfway. The only time I stepped away was to go to the toilet because I had a stomachache—how does that justify kicking me out? When I explained that, they changed their reason again and said I had been sitting too long (more than 3 hours).

If they have a strict time limit, they should make it clear upfront instead of shifting excuses and treating paying customers unfairly. The way they spoke to me was not polite, and their attitude made me feel really unwelcome. I was already having a difficult day due to the power outage at home, and I came here hoping to find a quiet place to work. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and sad.

At first, I really liked this cafĂ© and thought of coming back, but after this experience—bad food, bad coffee, and rude service—I...

Me and a friend went to club crepery and ordered cappuccinos and waited almost an hour before going and asking why our coffees were taking so long and was told they were busy got our coffees a few minutes later and they were almost cold so didn't enjoy them anyway. Me and 3 friends went in there yesterday and 2 of my friends ordered frappes and sandwiches waited almost a half hour before going and asking about the coffees a staff member bought them over slammed one down on the table and walked away saying get your coffee from McDonald's next time and gave my friend the finger another friend went over to talk to the staff member and I noticed the coffee dripping onto the table took it over the staff at club crepery and tried to explain the cup was split they didn't want to know about it and my friend asked a few times for another frappe to be made and the staff refused repeatedly to do so another friend went over to talk to the staff about their behaviour towards us and other customers told her to leave the store and said the staff didn't do anything wrong well they didn't see what happened at the table to start with and should have stayed out of it anyway we left there feeling upset and stressed after just wanting to catch up and have lunch as we normally do we are loyal customers and should be treated with respect and hope this matter is dealt with...

I took my sister who lives in Bundaberg for lunch here. The asian mature lady who served us advised us that lunch had finished. We then thought we might have coffee and cake and we were told we could only sit at a table at the front that was dirty and still had food on it as they had to mop the floors. It was approximately 40 minutes before closing time.. my sister looked at me and we went else where...not good for visitors to our city. Then today my mother in law took a friend from Brisbane to the crepery and they again were told to sit out the front as they needed to mop. Another elderly lady was advised to sit outside. This kind of behaviour is terrible for us and our city's visitors. Opening times are just that...not cleaning times. REMEMBER...people will vote with their feet and in bad times as well as good. One day you will need your customers so...
