Foundry Coffee Lounge — Restaurant in Maryborough

Stopped in here while traveling to grab two medium coffees. Was charged $18.21. When I made a post stating that this was what I was charged, I was abused by the owner and some friend she got to have a go at me as well. Clearly the young girl who served me made a mistake, I requested that the extra amount was given to someone the next day as a free coffee to "pay it forward" but all I got was abuse, for goodness sake why would I lie in a place that has cameras everywhere? All she has to do is just watch the cameras. The prices were covered up so I had no frame of reference for what my coffees SHOULD have cost. I can bet that that free coffee was never given out either. AVOID THIS BUSINESS and don't complain or her and her one friend will try to tear you apart on social media....

I used to find them alright, but today I've met the owners. I was asked to stay 1.5m away so the owner won't get sick with anything.. I just found the atmosphere no good and the coffee had no love... it's all about money for the owners, but that takes the smiles away from the staff. I think they're scared of the owners. The coffee shop at the food court is better anyway... no losses here if...

You can't complain about the food there, and the coffee is to die for....also the service I received from a staff member, Aliyah, was faultless, friendly and knowledgeable... Makes for a refreshing change. I'll definitely...
