After a disappointing experience 1 week ago whereby my order was mysteriously misplaced the Parmi that I ordered on Parmi Night eventually turned up after 1 hour (in what was a far from busy environment) but sadly it wasn't a Parmi - it was a schnitzel with bacon and a frozen garlic butter topping - no sauce or cheese as w2ould be the norm on a parmi. So 1 week later I thought I'd give it another try - we all have bad nights - and it couldn't get any worse right? Wrong. I arrived early, in fact I was the only one there and ordered a "traditional" Parmi. As I sat and watched the hoards arrive and order (well after me) i then watched their meals arrive. Alas after 45 minutes I requested one of the wait staff to check on the status of my order - she retuned 10 minutes later to confirm what it was that i had actually ordered???? So clearly it had not been delivered to the kitchen - I showed my receiopt and simply asked for a refund - that took a further 10 minutes. Will never darken their doorstep again. No apologies either by the way as I let them know of my disdain on my departure. (Expletive Deletive) useless. 1...

Update 9 April 2021 Lunch today was very ordinary. The wife had a Stockmans parma which was very tasty and well cooked, her chips as usual were stone cold and coleslaw absolutely tasteless and swimming in a creamy dressing. My chicken parma was totally broiled in oil and covered in a mess of cheese half melted and in need of a griller to brown a litte, chips stone cold as usual and the same problem with the coleslaw. Our Hawaiian pizza for entree was a total disaster from the start....their first attempt seen it served up with 2X100mm long black hairs baked into the topping....that was promptly sent back and another brought to the table. It was nothing more that a puddle of half cooked cheese with a few slivers of shaved ham and cold tinned pineapple buried under the lake of cheese....bread was passable but of the frozen base variety. The chicken parma was left and the pizza also.

Only have my finished meal photo but we go the Sunday roast special $22 it was roast lamb I received a good serving of veggies but only 2 very small pieces of meat with gravy and mint sauce on first look it looked good but it ended up just being roast fat and Gristle customer service was poor in response to poor meal no replacement or Apology for it in end we spent money on few beverages for a table of 3 garlic bread , 2 roasts 1 kids meal my my partner spent money in pokies to any venue so we ask for poor meal if they could please just refund 1 of our meals or a voucher for a return trip next time as we live over 200km from location but didn’t provide any compensation towards our bad experience being our first and now last time attending this venue so spent approximately $150 for lunch in total today so dinners be wary I’d choose elsewhere now on next trip to Maryborough To management just remember your customers are always right look after them you burn enough off them less employees less turnover I’ll finish...
