Your store won't let my.friend on a mobility scooter through the drive thru even though she had discussed this with regional management and got it approved that she could. Then the manager spoke to the car behind her scooter while she was in earshot about her and then they had a go at her.
They threatened to call the police on her for holding up the drive thru after she was boxed in by the cars in the drive thru, only to then see a car drive off without their order and she left the drive thru only to find out the police were called on her.
The only solution they had was to go inside the store when The doors aren't wide enough to safely go in and she had a dog with her which is a health concern and is illegal to take on instore to begin with.
This has completely make her stressed and feel very intimidated by all the staff there.
They never once asked her if she wanted to speak to the shift manager or store manager to get this sorted.
All she wanted was an apple pie!

He was sweeping the floor, gloves on. He was very kind to grab some servettes for us when we approached him, same gloves on. Thereafter, continued to sweep the floor, same gloves on. The gloves in this scenario, only serves to protect the staff/user. But it is the mode of transmission. New/ no gloves should be used when handling the servettes ie when he’d properly sanitized his hands. I am not picking on the staff, but generally people have no idea about the proper use of gloves. It’s just like a food handler, gloves on, serves a customer handling money with the same gloves on and goes back to preparing meals. It only keeps the users hands clean, saves some soap and water for washing when he’s done. Read moreIt was 2am and I went through the drive thru really craving a chicken and cheese burger, I get to the speaker box and they say they can’t serve me because they are closed for 30 minutes, annoyed as I was I went home and jumped into bed, my sister had work at 9am that same day so I took her to work and decided to go through the drive thru once again. Upon getting to the speaker box I ordered that very chicken and cheese I was craving and a large chips, arriving at the pay window roughly 10 minutes later, the very rude expeditor told me I couldn’t have the chicken and cheese burger to which I said “that is literally the only reason I came here” now in a rather tick off mood I paid for my chips and drove up to the next window and received my soggy unsalted chips.
