Horrible customer service rude delivery driver speaks in Pakistani thinks I can’t understand him tries to get me to pay twice under new management and now takes two hours and 4 calls to the restaurant before finally pizza arrives then told I have to pay again as payment hasn’t gone through but money was taken out of my bank, not first time this happened and last time it took a week to get a refund not going through that again I said so he said he wasn’t leaving trying to push his way in my home. Locked door and called restaurant who were even ruder and told me they wouldn’t take my order anymore and hung up, so much for loyalty Bernard customer for five years or more but today you have lost a good customer and will be telling all my friends to stay away as customer service has gone out the window since...

Language barrier from reception taking the order resulted in getting false information. The answer is no the scallops do not contain the row as informed.

The fish is a scam. It has pieces of fish mixed with fish meal, cut into desired shape and battered. Way over priced for what it is. Spring roll. Not your typical spring roll. The chips are small and very rich yellow with an oily after taste. The pizza looked the best , hawaan mini, sightly doughy and Under cooked. Not bad enough to send back. But all in all it is pre-made frozen instant cook food. Except the pizza. And highly priced. Next time I will make a jam sandwich. Make your own mind up, but Won't buy anything other than Pizza from here, but will look...

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I made the unfortunate mistake of accidentally ordering from Pinky's tonight. We received our two large pizzas, got home and the bases were still raw and the toppings just sloughed off (not the first time this has happened). We called up and they organised us some new pizzas, got them home and they were still raw (also smaller than the first pizzas). Tired of the running around we ultimately decided just to cook them ourselves. There was no apology for the mistake either on the phone or in person - with the exception of the additional garlic bread (which has apparently been the highlight of dinner tonight).

10/10 would NOT recommend. Go literally...
