Four Seasons Laksa is a hidden gem in Melbourne, and it's worth traveling for just for the laksa. This is no joke - this is one of the best laksas I've had in Melbourne. The broth is flavorful and complex, with a depth of flavor that can only come from hours of slow cooking. The laksa noodles are cooked to perfection, with a soft and slightly chewy texture that pairs perfectly with the broth. The toppings - a mix of seafood, chicken, and vegetables - are fresh and add an extra layer of flavor to the dish. We also ordered the hor fun, which was terrific. The wide rice noodles were cooked perfectly, with a soft and slightly chewy texture that was a great contrast to the crunch of the vegetables. The sauce was rich and flavorful, with a slightly spicy kick that balanced out the sweetness of the noodles. The service at Four Seasons Laksa was absolutely splendid. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made sure that we had everything we needed. They were more than happy to answer any questions we had about the menu, and were genuinely interested in our dining experience. Overall, Four Seasons Laksa is a truly special spot. The laksa and hor fan are both outstanding, and the service is top-notch. If you're in Melbourne, make sure to check it out - you won't be disappointed.

Food is usually high quality, however can be really inconsistent portion sizes....especially the rendang - ordered rendang by itself, came in a large container that was 3/4 full and was a sizeable portion ($36 roughly and if you want roti an extra $9 so would cost a total of around $45ish). This had around 16 chunks of meat, at least half on the medium to largish side. - ordered rendang with roti as cheaper and usually enough for one person, first time came in a smaller rectangle container and was about half full ($26 roughly) - tonight ordered rendang and roti again and this time came in a smaller round container which was barely half full and is nowhere near enough for a single serve (had 3 small chunks of meat and 1 large chunk which seemed slightly charred and dry one 1 corner and not enough sauce so meat felt dry when eating). Feels like basically less than half of what we got last time at the same price (around 8-10 pieces of meat and plenty of sauce, from memory)

Really good lunch special. Had the combination laksa which contained good quality ingredients and a very flavourful broth. Like the new location. 20/10/2024 update - went back for lunch and tried quite a few dishes including the calamari, chicken ribs, Ipoh chow hor fun and Char Kuay Tow. All of them were fantastic!!! 14/02/2025 - went back for dinner. Only a limited menu. Not sure if this is now the norm. Regardless the food was still very good.

I found a local Gem!!!

Im a Malaysian cuisine aficionado and always on a look out for authentic Malaysian fare specially a good tasty and filling laksa. I travel all over Melbourne for a great laksa experience and I found one locally.

The humble no-nonsense simple decor betrays the quality of the cuisine served and the efficient friendly service. For those fussy pampered diners expecting fine dining for a really decent price, you're dreaming. 😅 I'm all about the food!!

The place is busy during the week, specially at lunchtime, with patrons of good food coming from all over to have their fix of the the generous serving of piping hot bowl of spicy noodles and seafood, chicken, vegies and tofu with the coconut laksa. And you can choose how hot (chilli) you want it. I always go for the hot version and extra servings of sambal on the side. Warms the cockles of my heart.

Best part- at lunchtime it's only $10.90 with a drink! 😍. Best value. And it's Just across the road from Moorabbin station!!! Handy if I don't feel like driving.

I've come here several times now and spruiked the great food to friends and family. Food like this deserves not to be kept a secret. Definitely shared!!

I don't need to go to Chinatown or KL for an authentic laksa anymore. I'll be a regular here, most definitely. Also try the cha keuy teow (stir fried flat noodles), Singapore mee hoon noodles, fried spiced tofu entree and hainanese chicken and the need rendang (curry). All worthy of visiting.

Only downside is it is CASH only. I ended up paying for others (4)when nobody brought cash with them. To The management, please get in with the technology and start accepting...

FINESSE at it's best, I have been dining here with my carer @matika velonis for the past year. Their offerigs are second to none and everything on the enu is consisten and on point. I have dined in and on one ocasión ordered uber eats as I had no carer. I was truly dissapointed as the delivery person had other orderz to deliver and of course mine was pushed to last and it was the wrong order. I made a complaint with uber eats and they took it onthemselfs to give a 1 star which is not true and not the case. 4 seasons Laksa is way above the rest and their level cannot be compared with anyone else. I was an award winning chef for 35 years and a senior member to the Australian culinary federation, I am a culinary judge and they are truly the best in the area. I apologise for that ungifted 1 star from uber eats. I cannot apologise enough for their asumption. I give my praise to 4 season laksa and their staff always ready to be servir with tact and respect. 10 star to them and the lovely owner, young lady full of passion and profesional atributez. My best culinary regards and don't change. Keep been great at your greatness. Kaibil Amon...
