Ages Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Dined here with friends, a table of 8. Food was ok but I have massive issues with the lack of service. Front of house staff are all very young kids with no idea how to serve customers. The manager/owner of this place really needs to train staff on what to do to look after customers. Even the simple fact of clearing the table of glasses and empty plates and bowls. They also have no clue how to make a mixed drink (vodka, Soda & lime). Omg, it’s not difficult! Also they don’t have some beers in stock or some soft drinks. As for making coffees, again lack of training is highlighted. I wouldn’t serve their coffee to anyone. Horrible. Also on a cold night make sure you’re wearing a coat. It’s freezing in there ! One suggestion to management is please train your staff on customer service. There’s no way known we will be returning here anytime soon. So many other options locally, just not Ages Pizza. So think twice if you’re considering dining in here. Maybe just get your food to...

Ordered through Uber Eats. Firstly no option to add anything extra to the pizza. Received cold although that was an Uber issue not Ages. When is a Pizza not a Pizza? When you order from Ages! Absolutely no cheese, and for the life of me there was no sauce. Easy to come to that conclusion....just had to turn the pizza over and everything fell off, leaving pretty much a bare pizza base, with the slightest colour of what i assume was meant to be sauce. Only getting two stars because the waitresses were nice and attentive, otherwise it'd be one. While the waitresses were flat out busy, nice, attentive and attending to customers, the boys club in the kitchen forgot our order, were watching tv, talking and laughing loudly, disturbing customers and when asked about my one pizza order nearly an hour old, the young guy in the kitchen shrugged his shoulders and kept watching tv. Won't be going back to this eating strip for a long time as a result and definitely not this place. One job...feed...
