The staff have poor service and communication skills. This may be due to inadequate training, and I cannot speak on their behalf, but they definitely need some guidance in terms of managing rush times. Me and my partner dined in for dinner on a Friday night. I ordered the katsu curry and he got the ramen. I received my order within 15 minutes and finished my entire meal and he was still yet to get his meal. He noticed that another table received the wrong ramen order and got offered their original order however declined. We noted that they most likely received our order. We thought we would give them the opportunity to come to us and state there was an issue. However, it was about 45 minutes into waiting and we still received nothing. By this point we pointed out to staff that we still haven't received our food yet and that we'd like a refund. The server seemed to really struggle with her english and couldn't comprehend well what we were saying. She said that the food would be out in a minute but we were super unhappy and were not going to sit there for any longer waiting when I'd already finished my food. This is not against the staff or the food. Both are amazing. But for the love of humanity. Check the system you guys are using. So many problems could be avoided
There is no queueing system, but 1 girl writing on the back of a receipt your number to call you when the table is ready. There's a QR code to scan for a menu and order from your phone, great. Only it doesn't load properly and you need to walk up to pay after ordering BEFORE it goes through. Why doesn't it have a pay with card at the table in the app we are using to minimise the work.
There's only 1 queue for people who are waiting to be seated, people who come to get take away, people who haven't gotten in the queue to be seated and people who need to pay to EAT.
There is no cutlery and tissue on the table. It's bare minimum soy sauce and chilli flakes.

They told us that we need to order within 10 minutes which we did. There were 3-4 front staff at the time and none of them cared to ask if we need any assistance in ordering food. Instead we called them few times and then they attended us and asked us either to order using QR code or come at the counter. We asked if we can order beer and they said register is closed. Mind it they closed the register 10 minutes before the closing time. We asked for plates to cut and share the cake. Instead we got bowls to put the cake pieces.
