Have had good food from here before , but after receiving luke warm food(that my partner had to microwave), I proceeded to pull not one, but two long dark hairs from my food, you may ask why did I end up pulling two hairs from my food??why didn't I stop after the first? The reason is, I've worked in hospitality industry and I can understand why these things are unavoidable sometimes , and I'm not a squeamish person generally , but after the second time around was enough for me, I was offered a refund if I came to the shop, which to be honest is code for take it or leave It! Why would I travel to the shop after receiving sub-par service to get a refund? I know that wouldn't happen in my industry. anyhow, the gent on the phone was very nice and maintains that no one there has long hair , maybe it was in the meat they buy in ?...

Aaaaahhh.... The food is great, always fresh and the staff are super friendly. I usually get a kebab or falafel wrap for my lunch at least once a week and the guys are always prompt and polite with the added bonus of the salad being crisp, the bread soft and mouthwatering.. Pet peeve of mine is when ordering for the first time at a new place, the salad tastes like it's old and of the contents of the fridge it's stored in. Neither of these have ever occurred and I am more than happy to thoroughly recommend these guys to people who ask where they can get a great kebab with the bonus of reasonable prices.
