I took my son to Loco yesterday morning, rather than something closer to home, to treat my son to a special birthday breakfast because of how much I loved the coffee and food there. The coffee was still great, albeit going in colder than what it eventually came out of me. The food is not nearly the same as stated on the white board on the wall, "different look, different lighting, same great food." Perhaps this is why it wasn't nearly as busy as it used to be; they had a winning formula and have tried to keep up with all the other w@nker cafes with the must-have white tiles and change of lighting. Yet another cafe that's gone down the path of looking like a public toilet with white tiles and dim lighting. But what really irked me was that the waiter (also part of the 'cool' theme with hipster look) trusted his memory in taking our order without writing it down; I very clearly asked for them to hold the chilli in my 10 year old son's meal of which he ate about a third before it got too hot for him. When paying and being asked how our meals were, I told the girl of this gripe and all she could offer was, "oh, that's a shame." Tell me about it!!! YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE CHARGED ME FOR THE MEAL!!!

They used to put the eggs, mushrooms etc on the plate separately to the toast but for some reason, they have now decided to lump it on the toast. WHY??? Did I ask for it this way??? Toast? I think they forgot to switch the toaster on, the bread was still so chewy and anemic.

They have certainly lost my custom as it seems they have others, judging by how much less busy it was than it used to be...

Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour by these idiots. They had all of a sudden changed thir tune from not liking people ordering from EatClub. And have rejected orders claiming they are sold out whne their not. They have been nothing short of disgusting and rude and today was really a last straw I would not normally ever leave a review even if I did not like cafe or restaurant but this needs to heard and addressed ..I Wouldn’t talk to anybody like that let alone a paying customer.. when I had asked to speak to them about thir rude man or as it really baffles me as to how they think it’s okay. I was further ushered out by the stupid waitress whosaid NO IM BUSY!!! Absolutely disgraceful they clearly don’t have any idea in customer service and If a complaint is being made especially by how they treated me ..that they should value customers .. instead they think it’s completely fine to be abusive and atrocious.. not matter how busy you are it’s unacceptable and disrespectful and disgusting.. I’ve seen places much busier and that’s is never an excuse to be rude.. they were not even busy.. never ever Would I recommend associating with them. I am in shock and literally shaken and can’t believe what I’ve experienced. This kind of behaviour is baffling I am mortified....

For a local style cafe I was seriously impressed with the quality of their plating. My bircher had excellent texture from the toasted coconut and crunch of the macadamia crumble and this was all surrounding an absolutely stunning poached pear which not only looked vibrant but was also absolutely delicious. I was excited by the idea of the mojito juice but found it very tart upon taste. My husband had both a short black and a cold drip which he thoroughly enjoyed. They certainly do good coffee which I suppose is to be expected when they have the word coffee in their name. He also tried the smashed avocado with poached eggs which I imagine he was very pleased with seeings as he didn’t leave any for me to try. Overall a cute little spot well worth checking out if you are in the...

This is such a cosy cafe with the most beautiful staff ever! 🥰 I dislike those big loud cafes with such fancy food that you can’t find anything to eat. So this cafe is just perfect to me. It’s cosy and has great comfort food. I came here with my mum for a brunch meal and she absolutely loved it. She was blown away by how sweet and kind all the ladies there were 🩷 We ordered the egg and bacon with relish on brioche bun and wow it was perfect! Everything about it was 10/10. And I can not believe it was only $11! I can’t wait to go back and get another already ☺️ Also, most importantly their coffee is spot on. Thank you so much for a lovely experience 🌸

today we ordered one voucher on eat club app which they offer 35%off the total bill. however, when I pay,the staffs said they ONLY give discount on COFFEE! what a dishonest company!you are cheating upgrade: Thank you for your reply. I have sent to your email 2 days ago but there is no reply yet .And I don't think it was just a mistake. It was my second time to use eat club in your shop. it means that you are not the first day to start using eat club. And 5 vouchers available everything day. How can they still make mistakes?
