As far as Taste, Value and Variety goes, this shop is at 100%. Strong flavours, but none of them too sweet, which is what we love. Some places have the ice-cream so sweet it kills the flavour. Here it's perfect. In time the less popular flavours will go and new ones will get introduced. They have quite an awesome cheesecake gelato it here with an impressive kick. A good banana oriented flavour (without peanut butter) would be great, though I don't see banana often anywhere so it might not be popular out there LOL.

An issue here is the eating area. It's grubby, with chairs and tables which look like they're rarely cleaned. We like to sit, so we scope out the least greasy spot each time. The kids they hire seem like they couldn't care less sometimes. Chatting away in their idle time and not coming out to maintain the eating area, well not once when I've been there anyways. In McDonald's there're people out cleaning frequently. Only got a smile one time too.

Next there are these in your face spotlights. They're pretty easy to navigate around now we've found the best spots to sit, but if it's a bit crowded the good spots are gone and you're stuck with being blinded! I don't get the logic of these lights.

A few times the fans were on when it was already freezing.

So we have a brilliant product, but amongst an average to lacklustre staff and weird eating area. Lucky the gelato quality is outstanding. Overall, I'm thankful this Gelatery...

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at your establishment on 17 of September late afternoon

My partner and I visited your shop with our 4-year-old daughter. When we asked for a glass of tap water for her, we were told that you do not serve tap water and that we had to buy a bottled one. I find it unacceptable that such a simple request, especially for a young child, was denied. Offering a glass of water is not only a basic gesture of hospitality but also common sense and kindness.

We understand that businesses have policies, but we expect more empathy, particularly when it comes to children.

I hope you will reconsider this type of policy to improve customer experience and prevent similar situations from happening...

Been tub diving way too much lately so I thought I'd post a review so as to create something useful out of this crisis. Loved the Raffaello (the chunky bits of actual rafaello make it so fun to eat) , cherry to my pie (probably my favorite flavour out of all but maybe anything boozy just hits the spot), bounty is pretty good love the coconut mix throughout, choc peanut banana is decent, espresso is more like farmers union iced coffee (weak and creamy if you're into that, you could feed it to a baby and I wouldn't bat an eye), raspberry pineapple lychee is a little on the acidic side or maybe I just had too much of it. outside of recently I've had pistachio which flavour was rather weak from memory, and baileys+brownie, black forest both no complaints were...
