The wood fired pizza, arancini, and salad were really good. The lasagnetta was cold in the middle So if we returned it for it to come back 45 minutes later after we thought they'd forgotten us. It was yummy nonetheless. Amazing cocktails that came back fast. But unfortunately the waiter was completely lost. I think he was the owner trying to do something new to not get extra staff. The cutlery and plates were stacked in one big pile on the table, toppling over as he nervously apologized. So my husband who is a VN took over and placed them with each person as they should be done. We didn't get offered any water for a whole time there, despite it not being really busy. Had to get all of that myself as well. He had no idea where plates were going, constantly, nervously asking if random food was ours that he'd brought out. We won't come back. It really just needs good waitstaff so we don't feel like we're not being served buy someone underqualified and overwhelmed. I feel bad posting this cause he really was trying. But...

We ordered: Rocket & pear salad Arancini & Chips Rustica pizza For dessert: Tiramisu & the panna cotta

The pizza was delicious. Base was thin and crispy. Everything on the pizza smelt so fresh and fragrant. It didn’t feel heavy and I definitely agree it’s one of the best pizza’s in Melbourne. Chips were a tad too salty and probably wouldn’t order the panna cotta again, but the TIRAMISU!!! 🤤🤤🤤 should of ordered 2! It was light, fluffy, not too sweet or too bitter… the perfect balance. Definitely will be back to try the other pizzas

Gentlemen who served us was super friendly and nice. Amazing service! The bartender lady could be nicer/friendlier and smiled more. Overall 4.5 star. Would give 5 if the chips weren’t so salty & panna cotta purée wasn’t so artificial tasting and...

This place is a must try and especially consider them for your function. I needed a venue to host our soccer end of season dinner- with most places requiring a minimum tab, price per head or set menu I needed something more flexible. James did exactly that. Allowing us to order what we wanted (no set menu or pph) and giving us the entire upstairs it allowed us to move around and do what we want. We had approximately 40 guest.

The food was amazing, I ordered the little Chicago, Shiraz wine and a French martini… all of which I’m excited to have again (minus the guest). There was no food left behind by our guest it was that good!

Live music at 7pm was a great touch as people arrived too!
