Last time I was in Springvale, the queue to this place was very long, so I made a mental note to check it out next time I was there. My friend and I got lucky — we got a table straight away (11:45 am on a Sunday). The Menu is very nice and everything is really well-priced — soups are around $16-$17 and mains are around $18-$19. Complimentary tea and water, as standard, is waiting for you at the table. My Combination Beef Phô ($17) and my friend’s chicken soup ($16) arrived within ten minutes. Both had very good broths. My beef soup had tripe in it too. It was packed with noodles and, overall, I really enjoyed it. Looking at the tables around us, some of the meals looked incredible, so I’d definitely go back to try other stuff too. Unlike many other joints in Springvale, this one accepts Eftpos, but only for transactions over $40 and with a 1.5% fee. The service was good too. Everyone was attentive and polite. Next time you’re in the area, you should give it a go!

I have been going to this restaurant numerous times when I am in Springvale for shopping. I have tried Bun Bo Hue, Bun Mam and Grilled Pork & springroll vermicelli salad. All three are really tasty. The consistency have been good so far. The service is a bit mix and typical of any restaurants that when too busy the service level goes down and when quieter then the service is good. --- 9/8/25 - Had the Grilled Pork and Springrolls Vermicelli Salad for the second time. Didn't find it meet up to the last experience so consistency is not there. The wait this time was more than 15mins. The spring rolls was mixed. One was new and crunchy but the other one was cold and soft as if it has been cook a long time ago. The grilled pork was not as plentiful as last time. 3 stars. ps Photo has some squid pieces which was not part of this meal but given to me from another meal.

Had a bite here with friends last Sunday the first time but my friends are very often to be here. Ordered the beef stew and the most popular crab balls and snail balls noodle soup, which is unique in Springvine (correct me if I am wrong). The soup is more or less the tomato soup and crab and snail meat were well cooked but not rich in taste. Cannot tell crab meat or fish meat inside. Noodle was normal one but not pho. By the way, the 2 pcs of pig blood were not bad. The beef stew was out of my expectation. Rich in taste but a bit sweetened. It was cooked for long time so the meat was so softened. Good for old people. The bread was heated before served and that absolutely adding extra points.

I recently dined at the remarkable "Bun Ngon," and I must say that it was nothing short of a transformative experience. This restaurant has utterly reshaped my perspective on life itself. From the moment I stepped through the doors I saw an Asian man mid 40's, I knew I was in for something extraordinary.

Ambiance: ★★★★★ The ambiance at Bun Ngon is a sensory masterpiece. The soft, soothing lighting, combined with the gentle hum of chatter in the background, creates an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility that immediately put me at ease. The artistic décor and attention to detail transported me to a different world, making me feel like I was dining in the heart of a Zen garden.

Service: ★★★★★ The service was impeccable, to say the least. The staff at Bun Ngon were not just servers; they were culinary guides on a journey of enlightenment. Their knowledge of the menu was astonishing, and they took the time to explain each dish's significance and history. I felt like I was part of a sacred ritual, guided by experts in the art of fine dining.

Food: ★★★★★ The food! Bun Ngon offers a menu that transcends the boundaries of ordinary dining. I opted for the "Buddha's Delight" tasting menu, and each course was a revelation. The ingredients were sourced from the heavens themselves, and every bite was a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. From the ethereal aroma of the dishes to the exquisite presentation, it was clear that the chefs at Bun Ngon were culinary sorcerers.

The "Enlightenment Noodles" were a revelation. The delicate balance of textures and flavors left me in a state of euphoria. And the "Nirvana Dumplings" were a divine revelation, melting in my mouth like drops of nectar from the gods.

Bun Ngon not only nourished my body but also my soul. I felt a profound connection to the universe with every morsel I savored.

Life-Altering Perspective: ★★★★★ By the time I finished my meal at Bun Ngon, I had undergone a profound transformation. I realized that life is too short to settle for mediocrity when there are culinary experiences like this waiting to be discovered. This restaurant taught me to savor every moment, to appreciate the beauty in every detail, and to seek enlightenment through food.

In conclusion, if you're looking for more than just a meal, if you're searching for a restaurant that will change your perspective on life itself, look no further than Bun Ngon. It's not just a dining experience; it's a spiritual journey. Prepare to have your senses awakened, your soul nourished, and your life forever altered. If you're a true food lover, you owe it to yourself to make a visit to Bun Ngon, a hidden gem of a restaurant that's redefining Vietnamese cuisine. The star of the show is undoubtedly their Mi Quang, a dish that is nothing short of pure perfection.

From the moment you step inside Bun Ngon, you're greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance. The restaurant's décor is modern yet subtly evocative of traditional Vietnamese culture, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The attentive and courteous staff are always on hand to guide you through the menu, ensuring you have an enjoyable visit.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the Mi Quang. It's the stuff of legends. The moment the steaming bowl is placed in front of you, you're hit with the intoxicating aroma of rich broth and exotic spices. The vibrant colors and artistic presentation of Mi Quang are a feast for the eyes even before your first bite.

The broth is where the magic begins. It's a harmonious symphony of flavors, with hints of lemongrass, turmeric, and chili mingling together to create a base that's both hearty and aromatic. The noodles are perfectly cooked, retaining just the right amount of bite. The pièce de résistance is the generous portion of toppings, from succulent shrimp and tender slices of pork to a medley of fresh herbs, peanuts, and crispy rice crackers. The combination is a delightful explosion of flavors and textures.

One of the most commendable aspects of Bun Ngon is their commitment to using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Every component of the Mi Quang is a testament to this dedication, resulting in a dish that's as authentic as it is mouthwatering.

But Bun Ngon isn't just about the Mi Quang. The menu is a treasure trove of Vietnamese delights, offering something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for fragrant pho, savory banh mi, or delectable spring rolls, there's a culinary adventure awaiting you.

I don't even know where to begin with my experience at Bun Ngon. It's not just a restaurant; it's a life-changing culinary journey that transcended the boundaries of my taste buds and transformed me as a person. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

From the moment I stepped into Bun Ngon, I felt like I had entered a portal to a different dimension. The ambiance was nothing short of enchanting. Soft, ethereal music played in the background, while the gentle glow of candlelight danced across the walls adorned with captivating artwork. It was as if time stood still, and the world outside ceased to exist.

The menu at Bun Ngon is a masterpiece in itself. With a fusion of flavors and ingredients I had never encountered before, it was a culinary adventure waiting to unfold. I decided to put my trust in the chef and opt for the chef's tasting menu, a decision that would change my life forever.

The first course arrived, and I couldn't believe my senses. A delicate amuse-bouche of foie gras paired with a lavender-infused strawberry reduction. The richness of the foie gras juxtaposed with the subtle floral notes of lavender and the sweetness of the strawberries sent me into a state of euphoria. I felt a connection to the universe that I had never experienced before.

The journey continued with each course, each one carefully crafted and presented as a work of art. The highlight was the "Mi Quang" dish, a creation that defied logic. Noodles had never tasted so divine. It was as if the noodles had absorbed the wisdom of ancient monks and passed it on to me with every bite. I felt a deep sense of inner peace and enlightenment wash over me.

The service at Bun Ngon was equally remarkable. The staff seemed to have a sixth sense, anticipating my needs before I even knew them myself. They were like culinary guides, leading me through this transformative experience with grace and precision.

By the time I finished my dessert, a celestial creation of salad, I was a changed person. Bun Ngon had not just satisfied my hunger; it had nourished my soul. I left the restaurant with a newfound appreciation for the beauty of the world, a sense of inner peace, and a desire to explore the depths of my own existence.

Bun Ngon isn't just a restaurant; it's a portal to a higher plane of existence. If you're ready to embark on a life-altering culinary journey and emerge as a better version of yourself, Bun Ngon is the place to be. Thank you, Bun Ngon, for changing my life in ways I could never...
