SHAME ON YOU. Instead of listening to honest customer feedback, you chose sarcasm and ignorance. Clearly, many customers have said the same thing :; it’s LOUD. If I wanted that, I’d go clubbing. I came here to enjoy family time, and your restaurant completely ruined that.

This place is NOT family-friendly at all. Definitely not for babies , maybe only for toddlers who want to jump around and dance at a birthday party.

I should have trusted the reviews from months ago. The same complaints keep repeating, and now I know why. That mistake is on me , but the way you respond to customers is on YOU. . The live music was extremely loud, especially for tables located near the speakers. It made it difficult to have a proper conversation with family and friends. The environment is also not suitable for babies unless you bring earmuffs or proper ear protection.

Me and my partner came here for dinner last friday night after hearing all the hype. The staff were lovely but unfortunately we had a really disappointing service we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food to come (ended up being a stuff up with our order). I ordered a smoked pork fillet and it was so dry and hard, literally so disappointing.. we didn't finish it. My partner ordered the balkan mix grill for one (we shared eachothers food) and it was average but nicer than my dish. To compensate the owner gave us a free drink (lemon lime bitters that we ordered and a small plate of grilled capsicum...). We were nice about it but not satisfied, unfortunately we wont be coming again and we do not recommend it especially for the steep price too.
