Very disappointed with the sub standard quality the last few times I've been here. I come here often and was trying to support this place during COVID but unfortunately it keeps getting worse. Tonight my chips were near raw and my vegan chicken was soggy on the inside, unlike usual. The last time I came, I was told I couldn't buy individual vegan chicken pieces (I had done this before with no issues) and was forced into buying extra chips. Food is overpriced for what it is. Stingy with chicken to slaw ratio in the burger & half of my burger had no chicken. Every time I eat here I bring people with me, but I'm sad to say I'll take my business elsewhere. I had a terrible experience at this shop. As a delivery driver, I spend long hours on the road and sometimes really need to use the washroom. When I politely asked, I was flat out refused. I find it inhumane and disrespectful that a business benefiting so much from delivery services won’t even allow drivers access to such a basic necessity.

It made me feel undervalued and like my work means nothing to them. We’re out here in all kinds of weather, rushing to make sure orders get to customers on time, and the least a shop could do is show some basic decency.

My friend and I were super excited after ordering from here we hadn't eaten for over 8 hours. We waited for an hour and a half: it kept saying 5 mins, then they called saying someone came to pick up the order then 5 minutes after someone came in and said the same name for the order which was very strange. But if that did happen I don't see why I wasn't notified when they knew my food wasn't coming, not an hour later.
