Hi it’s me sushil today 9 June 2021 at 9:15 am I went to bean and gone coffee shop at Mahoneys road , thomastown to pick up coffee as a Uber driver and I didn’t read the note that I have to park my car and walk in shop to get the order it was my first time there. And when I was on drive thru of that shop one beautiful girl asked what can I get for you I said I am from uber so she said you have to park your car there and walk in so I don’t want to do that I just cancled the order but as I was moving further I saw a guy on coffee machine who have long hair I don’t know he may be upset because he was very busy or something else but he said me stop destroying our business by coming from drive thru and he told get out from here as soon as possible, before coming you should have read note I will again say i did mistake by not reading note but it doesn’t mean he have to treat me like that . I might be Uber driver today but tomorrow I might be the costumer aswell it doesn’t mean that those who are Uber driver can’t afford to buy coffee from there and as far as I know I was not destroying his business but I delivering his business coffee to one of his business customer who ordered coffee from home. So how am I destroying his business? Because of his behavior at that shop I will never go to any bean and gone for anything neither for coffee, food, and even for delivering their business things. This rating is not for drive-through but for walk-in experience. I ordered a coffee while waiting for the bus. No customer at the time. The bus stop is literally 5 steps out of the shop front and I walked in the first wide open door with the coffee station bench. The staff overacted about it and requested me to go outside around the shop to the other side window. It is the same coffee station space anyway. I wanted to keep an eye for the bus in case it arrives early and wanted to ask them if i could grab the coffee from this wide open door instead and then again got yelled at to walk back to the other window, among the 4 cars driving though.
