Banh Mi was actually quite good, good decent portion of meat. I regularly bought from here, and not a strange face at all.

However, after years of support, shop owner were scolding me for "buying too many Banh Mi" ??? (I bought 6, for me and my family). I thought that was a joke at first, then he continued to go on and on about how they don't make their own bread, me buying too many Banh Mi would clear them out for potential customers that come later.... Weird business tactics, but, each for their own.

I guess this is the very last time I step my foot in that shop. Rather go somewhere else that appreciate...

DISHONEST joint.

My colleagues and I frequented this place. It wasn't until recently during a casual chat that we discovered something in common about this place. All of us had been short changed by this place, literally.

You won't notice if you're buying a single item. More than one I'll suggest you check your change before leaving the shop.

One or twice of short change is careless but this happens to all my colleagues before, and you have wonder why it's always short, never...

A hidden gem that's been here for over a decade. All the pork belly are cooked in air fryers for that super crispy skin, and every serve of meat is weighed on the scale before going in their fresh baked rolls. Every banh mi made is consistent.

Price is slightly higher than what you would pay in Springvale or Richmond. But at least you don't have to go for a long drive to get a top notch banh mi. In addition, their bahn mi is a lot heavier than the the ones in Springvale...
