New management were rude and spoke horribly to their staff. Food quality is nowhere near the same as it used to be when previous owners ran the shop. Even for a quick stop for a morning coffee is no longer a friendly experience with cold owners barely even greeting you. Staff heavily underpaid and treated like servants. The only positive of this place is one lady who worked there, she would always greet with a smile and was incredibly friendly. She was efficient and definitely knew what she was doing in comparison to her management. Haven't seen her in while but you owners have lost a good employee.

Ever since new management took over this place they have treated their employees like absolute trash. No regard for food quality, customers or staff. Michelle and her husband both have no desire to succeed their business and it is clear in their change of food preparation and the downgrade in the ingredients they use to cook their food to sell.

To the owners, you should evaluate your work ethic and your priorities as business owners. Underpaying staff, treating them like the rats and cockroaches you have manifesting in the back of your store and in your fridge. where to begin, the food was so bad, just dry fish n chips. the oil the fish was fried in was old, it was over salted also, the chips were soggy and even the chicken salt was old somehow. the salad was just some veg with some sort of dressing drizzled over it.

i went on to get gastro from their food and be left with abdominal pains for a day after eating it. it's worth the extra delivery money or 5-10 minute drive to avoid this place. It was terrible, one of the worst food experiences I've had in the 18 years...
