This is a five star review. This is a fantastic café. Very friendly , very accommodating and give the biggest hellos and goodbyes (loudly) that I love. If you have been there a few times they get to know you personally and make you feel very special. They are lovely people. To the "one star" grumpy brigade, I have read your posts. It is fair to have rules and order in a café so if you are asked not to move chairs etc. its for a reason (safety, traffic flow etc) . If you are asked to wait for take away out side.. fair enough.. its a small cafe. The owner managers and staff are all wonderful people who opened this business 3 years ago into the biggest business headwinds you could ask for - just as Covid hit. They provide great coffee and beautiful, generous food. More importantly they provide you with a smile on your face and theirs, especially if you start with one yourself. If you come here for the first time, perhaps try first to understand before expecting to be understood. Its reasonable they have rules in their own place of business. I have come here a few times for the awesome sausage rolls for my daughter. Always friendly prior to today. My son with special needs was with me, he put his foot on the lower part of the counter and was rudely told to take his foot off which I reinforced him also. After I ordered a takeaway cold sausage roll and paid. The owner told us from the other counter to wait outside, literally outside the cafe ( cafe was empty). Thankyou to all The other staff who were so beautiful and friendly. I’m Sorry you’re not inclusive of children , we won’t ever be back after being made to feel so inconvenient and uncomfortable. The owner offer to put aside a couple of bunches so I could go to iga (2 doors next to it) and because she thought I was taking too long she put all bunches back out. I was about to buy 4 or 5 plants/bunches totalling over $120!!!! She couldn’t care less. Owned by Asian so not surprised - DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME. and wouldn’t risk the food she sells either!!! It’s no wander there have been zero ppl sitting and eating all day.
