Berrikos Dandenong — Restaurant in Melbourne

I don't agree with their practice of publishing AI generated images of their menu. There's a few examples posted here by the business and they also run a whole host of ghost kitchens (as well as their own, Berrikos) on Uber Eats with exclusively fake images, Grilled Toastie bar, The Kathi Junction, Wrap and Grill Kebabs, Mighty Burgers, The Treat Spot etc (and probably more if I cared to look). They all point to the same address and they're easy to spot by the unappealing & plastic looking AI generated food in all the images. I will never eat here as long as they continue to post fake images. I'd rather no images or even a slightly touched up image of something real than something that's been lazily created with AI and doesn't match the finished...

Today Anzac Day. We bought 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks by midday. Very mediocre service and the worst was seeing 2 creeping cocraches walking around the cofee area when the lady went inside to prepare the food. I told the young lady of this and her best response was: " but we cleaned yesterday". I was very nice to tell her but sometimes when we are nice we are not taken seriously. What a joke! I asked her to clean again because it can turn into a pest infestation! Not an apology from her or even she start and getting ready to clean again! Please be aware of this ( peel your eyes) and demand the food and place to be clean or you can fear a bug or a excruciating food poisoning. I won't ever go again. First and last...

Too bad service.. this is my second time here in this bad restaurant and they take so long to prepare just 1 single order.. I went there with my son to pickup an uber order and they asked me to wait few minutes which it totally fine, but I had to wait more than an hour to pickup the order. They kept serving for dine in customers and didn’t spend attention to my order.. I had to remind them more than 3 times but they didn’t even focus on my order.. it was a horrible experience for me to be there even for someone else’s order.
