One of the worst Nene Chicken franchises out there. Doesn’t even put the right amount of wings and drums that was ordered. Boneless chicken barley comes coated in flavour after paying so much for flavoured boneless, chicken comes out raw on both drums and wings AND the boneless also you pay on weight with bonless but they give you just empty batter pieces with no chicken inside it. Raw chicken or no chicken is what’s going on, also there large boxes had holes at the bottom of them for sun unknown reason, more then 3 occasions all the chicken fell out from underneath the box that was supposed to hold the chicken. Why have a box with 2 large wholes underneath it. Which leads me to my next point, I had an argument with one of the employees who wouldn’t give me a wet wipe napkin. Telling me he’s only aloud to give me 1 after ordering so much food. It is ridiculous. That kid working there needs to be fired, ask him to tell the chef to coat the chicken properly and he doesn’t even go and tell them, chicken comes barley coated, argues about napkins even after placing a large and expensive order, barley speaks English. No greeting or customer service at all. Manager needs to re-evaluate his employees, maybe a change of employees or change in Price. Would not go there anymore due to this employee and the fact that you go in to get flavoured chicken, pay so much and get no satisfaction. Something needs to happen here. Will raise the situation higher authorities in regards to non properly...

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. My wife ordered 20 chicken ribs and 40 wing drummettes. She specifically placed the ribs first, but instead they gave us 60 wing drummettes. We only realised the mistake after receiving the order and checking the bag. When we raised the issue, we were told they couldn’t change the order and that it was somehow our fault for not double-checking. The issue is that they don’t provide the receipt/order list beforehand, it’s only attached to the takeaway bag once the order is ready, so it’s impossible to verify before collecting. To make matters worse, this order wasn’t even for us, it was for someone else, which made the situation even more frustrating and embarrassing.

Again, I’m not someone who leaves bad reviews, but this time I really can’t just let it go. Poor service and zero...

We ordered boneless flavored chicken yesterday at 9:24pm, with K-Dog and Flavored Skin, K-Dog and Flavored Skin are okay, they taste good but the boneless flavored chicken is worth $36.95, the chicken tasted so bad, they're spoiled or we called it, not fresh, you can taste the difference of the fresh and not fresh meat. We always buy there, sometimes 2 to 3 times a week as my kids love the taste of snow cheese. What's wrong? You can't smell it if the meat was rotten already? We bought it for my kids lunchboxes today. Even though I even tried to toast it again but still the smell and the taste was so bad. I wanted to go to the store and show it but I don't already have time, so please this will be an awareness for the kitchen staff. We don't mind how expensive it is but please be mindful, we want a fresh and tasty...
