The food was average, the place is neat and clean. The staffs were distracted talking to each other and was kind of rude while taking orders. It is required in hospitality to at least make a decent facial expression when someone comes to order food from you. Should make them feel welcoming! They were continuously talking to each other in loud voice even tho they had customer in front of them. Also, one thing caught my eyes was there were two people in counter, one of them were packing the order and other was just standing. Still when a uber driver came to pick a order they asked the driver to get the drink for the order. I understand sometimes restaurants can get busy and they might need to ask for help from the drivers but that time there were no more orders and still one of the staffs were standing doing nothing. I found its bit unprofessional. Lastly, the food server he came to give us the burgers, he didn’t bother to let us know which burger was what and seemed like he was very frustrated that we did dine in. I had to ask then he replied. The bun was not cut evenly, so all fillings were coming out again and again while eating the burger. Also the fries were cold. Really guys, have to improve with your staff...

The food was not good as expected. Very disappointing as i drove more than 35km. I have ordered Smokey Joe, Snake Charmer and Cannon ball fries. Burgers are over toping with bbq sauce as cannot feel the taste of meat or either, wish they have reduced sauce except that burger was good. The worst i had in my life is Cannon ball fries, which chips are not hot at all cheese are just lying on top of chips and the meat is the worst, I asked a guy to have a check on the meat and he couldn’t speak to me at all as he realised something was wrong with the meat and tried offering a new one I rejected it, May be today is not my day with you. 🥹 Unfortunately i will not be returning again. Replay: I have no benefit of lying on this. As you said that way, cannon ball fries given me after sometimes giving us the burger. Soon we eat the fries after receiving it, you can check that to in your CCTV.
