Seven8 Coffee — Restaurant in Melbourne

My friend/godfather Peter shouted me a coffee at Dandenong Junction Shopping Centre Seven8 this morning, namely a cappuccino with two sugars and...it was the absolute BEST cappuccino I ever had in my life, in fact it was the absolute BEST coffee I ever had in my life!

Thank you so much to Tia for taking my order...and especially thank you so much to Thao for making my cappuccino with two sugars, and thanks a lot to both of them for the top notch friendly customer service, it's all tremendously appreciated by me! $5.30 for it, not only a lot of coffee in a huge coffee cup that is truly incredible value but the foam art Thao crates on it is every bit as amazing as the taste! Tia mentioned ti me too Thao had only started working about 2 weeks ago, and I must say...Thao is a 5 star barista to make a cappuccino so perfect and delicious as well as so beautiful and artistic!

Seven8 at Dandenong Junction Shopping Centre is within the same premises as NeNe Chicken and PappaRich...amd Tia, Thao and the staff run Seven8, NeNe Chicken and PappaRich simultaneously and they do a most AMAZING job doing so! They deserve every acknowledgement and reward for being such incredibly franchisees of these companies! Prior to having my coffee Peter and I had a most AMAZING meal from Dandenong Junction Shopping Centre PappaRich PappaRich which I already have put up a 100% positive Google review for.

So for the absolute BEST coffee you can have, I very highly recommend visiting Dandenong Junction Seven8 and while you are at it definitely order food from either PappaRich or NeNe Chicken or both! Thanks a lot again...

I am writing this review as a deeply disappointed former loyal customer. For the past two years, I visited this coffee shop twice a day (morning and afternoon), making me one of your most frequent patrons. My routine order always included an extra shot because I found the standard recipe to be consistently too weak. Even with the additional, paid shot, the coffee frequently lacked the required strength. I often brought this up politely, noting that I was paying daily for an additional shot and still not getting a strong enough drink. This is where the situation became completely unacceptable. After recently making this observation again, the barista—the female employee KHALIDA reacted with extreme hostility. Instead of offering a solution or listening to feedback, she refused to make my coffee that day.after arguing, at the end she made me coffee. But I was shocked by this unprofessional conduct. To ensure this was not a misunderstanding, I returned one week later on today and the same employee denied me service again, stating she would not make coffee for me. This is not a complaint about a preference; it is a complaint about paying a premium for a consistent product (extra shot) that was never delivered, and subsequently being banned from the premises after two years of loyalty for simply trying to communicate the product deficiency. The manager or owner needs to address this employee’s behavior immediately. I will now be taking my considerable daily...

Khalita and her team are always attentitive to my order and sometimes even make a coffee for me after hours(i know they're not supposed to do this but it shows how they go above and beyond to keep a regular happy).

Store is very presentable and clean and although they get smashed with service on Thurs/Friday/Saturdays they do a great job altogether of running the three shops inside the venue.

My new goto place for a coffee and the choice between Papa Rich and NeNe makes it a new goto for me and my wife every day...
