Be prepared to wait for 20 minutes. Thursday before public holiday, one staff member rostered on. Every time the line inches forward there’s another uber eats order which jumps the queue. I will never get this time back.

Edit: you’re right, my review wasn’t entirely accurate. It wasn’t a 20-minute wait, it was more like 35 minutes. Most of that time was spent waiting inside your store. I can see you’ve responded with chatGPT, how embarrassing. Don’t worry, I won’t make the mistake of supporting your business again. I guess my sense of charity got to me, as well as my fascination with the unique scooping style of your rostered staff member.

Perhaps you should be helping your floundering staff rather than insisting that serving half a customer an hour is good...

Winter nights won’t stop me from eating ice cream. Walked past Bianco Latte after dinner and was too full to eat in so I bought a takeaway tub with two flavours. I got to try a few flavours while I was there, but ultimately chose pistachio and mint chocolate chip because they were both DELISH. I liked that the pistachio wasn’t too sweet and actually tasted nutty. The mint (not toothpaste) ice cream has chunky choc chips, which I love.

Absolutely delicious gelato and even sweeter service! The shop was packed when we visited, but Nora was an absolute superstar — friendly, calm, and working her socks off despite being short-staffed. She juggled a long queue with a smile, gave great recommendations, and made sure everyone was served quickly without feeling rushed. Huge kudos to her for making our visit such a positive one. We’ll be back for both the gelato and the Nora-level service! 🍦👏
