I have ordered from here a few times never again, u loose a customer every single time I have rung the lady can't understand what I'm saying .I only speak English, so last night was a good example .it took around 15 minutes to put an order in as she kept saying I can't understand u .now a value meal a pizza garlic bread and drink is on there menu, took her like 15 tries to get my phone number right. I'm a customer who has gone there more than once. Shouldn't it come up on their computer. Then the lady hung up on me reckons I can't understand u I will call u later. . waited 15 minutes no call. So I called her back then at least another 10 to 15 minutes for her to understand me again . I ordered a value meal so it's in a deal but she changed me separate. Bad experience all round, pizza was yuck had one slice and threw it out
One other time I rung she goes cash or card I said cash and I have a 50 dollar note so I need change .So that lady told the delivery driver i was paying for one pizza 50 dollars . When I passed the delivery driver the 50 dollar note he was walking away instead of giving me my change . How does one pizza cost 50 dollars. I was saying to him I want my change he kept saying no u pay 50 dollars so we had a argument. Not good. everytime I've rung it has been a drama. and I've rung u guys for delivery more than ten times. last night was the final straw a customer lost...
Read moreRegrettably, we have never had an enjoyable experience with Big Mama's so haven't ordered there in years, but tonight we were duped into ordering from "American Grill" on Uber Eats, which turned out to be one of several titles this pizza venue uses on third party apps. We paid a hefty forty dollars for two "gourmet" pizzas, but what we received were, in actuality, two PAPER-THIN pizzas which didn't even meet frozen pizza standards. The Mediterranean Lamb pizza was missing the capsicums, onions, basil and yoghurt sauce making it a dry, tasteless piece of cardboard topped with a few lamb meatballs and a sprinkling of tomato & cheese. The other pizza wasn't even remotely what we ordered - we requested a cheeseburger pizza but received what appeared to be a bolognaise pizza instead. Rather than a topping of meatballs, pickles, American cheese, mustard and ketchup, we got mushrooms (which we absolutely despise) and a drizzle of what appeared to be a strange tasting version of bolognaise sauce. It was truly disgusting and neither of us could finish even one slice. It is not a stretch to say that it was, by far, the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I really do hate to leave such a bad review, but our meal was not what we ordered, both pizzas were of exceptionally poor quality, and to label them "gourmet" in order to charge $20+ for them, but omit the gourmet toppings as per your menu description...
Read moreThis used to be my go to pizza place for a long time, pretty much there every week, even though it seemed overpriced but the quality was good. Now with new management/owners the quality has dropped and the way they are made are below standard with no toppings on the edging and taste overall has gone both in toppings and dough. The prices should go down to match its current quality as its a long stretch charging what they do for average pizza, if this place is to survive as I am sure many no longer go there, including me. I now go to another place in dandenong where the quality is very good, generous toppings and price to match. $5 cheaper than these in fact, but better quality. Customers will go out of their way for consistent quality as do I, but I now...
