Tried to rip me off. Charged me $20, I paid via eftpos while calculating the total in my head assuming I could trust them to charge me the right amount. To only figure out that they added $5 onto the total hoping I wouldn’t notice.

As soon as I questioned the total the lady told me that the price of their rice was $6 when the board behind her said $3.5... She also said that the price of the roti bread was $5.5, when the board said $3...

Once I pointed it out she handed me $5 cash and quickly disappeared into the back of the shop knowing that I had caught her out.

Went there last night, best curry in Tulla by far. Will be going back there again, probably tonight!

EDIT: I've been back every fortnight since discovering this little restaurant, owner knows what I like - Lamb Rogan Josh w/ naan bread, spicy, I don't even have to tell him what I want. The sauce is good, much better than the 2x 4* restaurants that I've tried that are also local. You get a good amount of meat and I think it's reasonable for the price. Just a shame that they don't deliver (Mind you if they did offer delivery I would be getting it...

Got the Lunch combo, tikka pieces with salad and dip. Oh nonnonono no no. Like microwaved boneless chicken thigh, supposed to be tandoor. This chicken went from marinade to microwave, a sliced carrot to compliment container was an orange vision splendid! Nearly sent it back but too rushed for lunch so I will never eat there again.
