Worse buffet, I ever had any where in Australia for 30 dollars, and saying I m giving u $3 dollar discount, been here 3 months ago for breakfast and buffets was better but today or in recent time is worse buffet. I ll not gonna recommend to any1 for $30 or $33 all is ripped off apart from his younger brother greetings even though waitstaff service experience has been not up to expectation , Plz if your restaurant runs good and gets busy and more business for 1 time good experience, so kindly don'tmake next experience worse and charge them extra on their next visits from price increase from $27 -$33 also plz don't get your food quality compromise and get ur standard low for extra profits. I come from far away to eat good quality not to get ripped with your increase in price, when asked why you have increase price you saying no1 offers many dishes but for your information there are no. of restaurants who do buffet under $29 and for past 6 months their buffet price has not been raised and experience been either better or always improved . I recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at KSF Restaurant, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! We made a last-minute reservation, and to our delight, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The service was extremely disappointing. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon at 1:45 PM while a buffet was ongoing. We ordered à la carte: a chicken curry and two pieces of bread—nothing complicated. However, at 2:20 PM, the staff came back to ask us what our order was and admitted they had forgotten! There were hardly 20 guests at the time, so this level of negligence is inexcusable.

When the food finally arrived at 2:28 PM, the delay and lack of basic courtesy had already soured the experience. That said, the food was excellent, which was the one saving grace of the visit. Unfortunately, the poor service and the dirty toilets overshadowed even this positive aspect.

I would not wish ill upon any business, but indifference and poor customer service are things no one would tolerate. This experience has left me with no choice but to grudgingly say I would give this restaurant chain a miss in the future.
