While it's great to see such young staff working at the Victoria Gardens boast juice (the kids all being 15yr olds, maybe even 14? The oldest being the 18yr old that's supervising/team leading). I would prefer if someone trained them in customer service and that a pleasant smile goes a long way off when serving & taking customer orders. I was served by Nikita? And while I was deciding on what to order, i was greeted with an attitude and a " whatda ya want?" As if she didnt want to be there instead of a happy bubbly person. I was abit dismay by this greeting, no hello, hows your day, or smile greet to build rapport. I can see why it looked abit empty on a Friday evening. I am an IKEA coworker and a regular customer, visiting your store at least three times a week. I know there is a discount available for IKEA coworkers, but unfortunately, it’s often overlooked during checkout—understandably so, as many of the staff seem to be new. However, during my visit today around 3:50 PM, I encountered another new team member. While I understand that she may not have been aware of the discount, I was surprised by her rude attitude and unwillingness to ask a colleague for clarification. I ended up paying full price. I have had same boost from them soooo many times now. Always loved it.

Yesterday was 40°C outside. I went to get boost the same boost same instructions, same exact order I’ve been giving since years now.

Absolutely worse boost ever. It felt like they just gave my crushed ice, when I said no ice. I asked then to double blend, and I had banana chunks coming in my mouth with with oats chunks.

Because of that it kept getting stuck i. My straw and i struggled to even drink that. And when I drank 40% of it, the straw went all soggy.

One day when I really needed the drink in such heat, they ruined it even after waiting for 15 minutes...
