Truly the slowest service I have ever seen at any FAST food establishment. As a frequenter of this KFC due impart to working in the centre, not once have I received an order in under 20 minutes. This is not due to the fact I am making larger orders that need preparation as I have made orders as small as go buckets and still sat waiting exorbitant lengths of time watching the staff stumble around the restaurant rather than actually cooking . And the team apologises to me every time for the wait but for how long can you be "sorry for the delay" before you actually make effort to change. Surprisingly So many negative reviews. I didn’t check so didn’t know. Well KFC is hid and miss. We wanted something quick to eat and saw that it was busy, hence decided to get some food to go. Ordered zinger box and some chips and it came out pretty quick. The hot and crispy chicken were so good. Surprisingly it was fresh and amazing. Chips were fresh too. Burger was a bit let down. Lettuce inside seemed off and burn were quite dry.

Tonight's experience at KFC was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. One of the staff members who we shall not name was absolutely horrible and obviously hates her job. Darling if you don't like your job think yourself lucky you have one in this current climate. Food was cold, missing items. No apologies upon our return! Arun the manager was great and rectified and had everything sorted, cooked fresh within five minutes. The store needs more staff like him.
