Start of Service 2/5 *Dunno if the men that work here hate their job, or hate being there but they look sad / depressed and gives you a feeling your not wanted there. Probdbly a bit of a smile and a greeting to your customers would be a good start..

Food 3/5 *Food was okay, nothing amazing here, average Cafe food *Coffee was actually really nice, not too strong, not too weak, great velvety texture. Value 3/5 *Coffee is on the higher side, but you do pay for the special blends they have on roast so if your just after a cheap coffee, look else where. If your after a good tasting coffee and don't mind the price, here is the place.

Atmosphere 2/5 *Again, with the male staff trying to put on their bravado acts, it makes the Cafe feel stiff and hard and the service looks like you are a hindrance to them in a way.

End of Service 3/5 *Your name is called for your order, then that's where it ends. No thanks or anything. Is the theme here to be as unhospitable as possible?

Overall 2.5/5 Great coffee, but service is severely lacking. Wouldn't want to bother you guys for a coffee...

The customer service, food, coffee and atmosphere is excellent at 365 Coffee & Food. After poor customer service at Soul Origin in the centre this morning, it was wonderful to have my faith in excellent customer service restored here at 365 Coffee & Food. My review left for Soul Origin stated I would prefer to give them zero stars whereas in complete contrast, I would like to give 365 Coffee & Food far more than the five stars we are able to give them here. Well done staff at 365. Perhaps you will be open to guiding your neighbouring cafe in the ways to provide better customer service. Although they would have to ask you to share your expertise, and unfortunately I can't see them reaching out to you due to their preference to not consider customer...
