Probably one of the worst Boost Juice Bars in all of Victoria. Terrible customer service and everything was so overpriced. The girl who was serving me was rude as hell. She showed little to no customer service skills, rolled her eyes at my simple order; a King William in the original size. She forgot to scan my loyalty card. Every single other Boost Juice Bar I’ve ever been to always checks and asks to see if you have a loyalty card for scanning. At this stage I’d already paid for my order, and then I remembered immediately afterwards I needed my card scanned. So whilst waiting for my Smoothie to be made I went back and asked the girl who’d served me if she could scan it for me. She greased me off and said, “Um, yeah, no.” And walked away. She refused to help. She said that it’s my fault for not remembering. Correct me if I’m wrong Boost, but is this kind of behaviour acceptable at your Juice Bars? I have been a loyal customer of Boost for over 10 years now, and this is probably the eighth time I’ve experienced this type of behaviour from your employees. Needless to say, never going back to this particular Boost ever again. You have made me, one very unhappy customer, Boost. Please rectify this...
