My partner is vegetarian and this is one of the only places where the mock meat somehow tastes BETTER than the regular meat! I have no idea how they do it whilst keeping that authentic Vietnamese flavour, but if we had more places like this in Melbourne I think more people like myself would realise how viable of a protein mock meat can be!
