Great shop great owners Neil andNaz gr8 staff great food for a cafe my son mitch works there drop in and say hi and have a feed,even all day breakfast menu lovely pastry sweet and sour, pies, quiches ,cakes beautiful big scones with jam and cream foccasias made to order freshly made sandwiches using peninsula baker Boys lovely famous bread on the peninsula,grab a loaf to take home and enjoy.Oh l forgotdrinks ,Coffee and tea in 3 sizes,shakes sorbets and juices and coke etc in the fridge.for what may look a small Cafe there's tables and chairs outside,but it's not small and for a Cafe there's such a variety of foods and drinks .Have you forgotten a cake for morning tea at the office even long cakes made like banana,or orange,l was in oar of the shop ,usually busy 7 days a week it's open 7am to 3pm l believe,if your getting board with you Coffee or would just like to try somone new check out this place 😊 🫂 meet a friend or partner for lunch and of course the little ones can have a feed and drink here to ,also you can find peninsula baker Boys Cafe in rosebud and they do menu log anyway if you go there hope I've helped ,also l said earlier the vanilla slices were the best they are and there...

I used to love this place.. Great prices.. Beautiful food that was cooked well.. Best chips! Not anymore.. I ordered the big breaky yesterday and it was just so bad.. Cold (no doubt a Menulog issue) but also undercooked (the poached eggs had internally runny egg whites and the sausage tasted boiled, clearly the cafe) and no where near as nice as it used to be.. When I contacted Menulog they said places cook things differently and I said ‘cook’ this wasn’t cooked.. When I spoke to the restaurant they said they’d try better next time.. This isn’t a trial run.. I paid for it and couldn’t eat it..

Terrible!! Really like supporting local businesses and will NOT be returning here, maybe they’re trying to close themselves down. We came with two young kids, waited an unnecessarily long time for two skinny Cappuccinos and a Baby Cappuccino, which came out like warm, weak Yarra water! The nice young girl came out, we explained the situation, requesting if they could be remade a little warmer and a bit stronger however we could feel her hesitancy. Again, waited quite a while (considering there weren’t any others ahead of us!) and, as you can imagine, they came out scaldingly hot AND burnt!! We returned them inside and left!
