I get Castro’s all the time but today’s experience was very disappointing. Ordered a matcha latte, but it had a very strong chai taste, which probably means that they mixed the matcha using the same utensil they mixed chai with. I really do not like chai so I couldn’t finish it, resulting in $4.20 going down the drain. I hope they be careful about this in the future and use utensils specific for each drink. The latte was also already sweetened, which I personally don’t like. Would’ve been great if they told customers beforehand that they sweeten it.

A quaint kiosk tucked behind MSD. Big fan of their hot chocolate and Irish mocha. Really prompt service and friendly service. Their boreks are also very affordable and value for money. Recommend for anyone passing by in need of a coffee break! ——————- CHANGING MY REVIEW They added the chilli corn carne burrito on their menu and it’s the best thing EVER. I might just be hungry everytime I eat it but WHO CARES ITS GREAT. BEANS, CHEESE, MEAT, PINK TORTILLA WRAP, what more would you want? No idea, it should never be taken off the menu.

Sustainable barista coffee presented by a hard working, professional and friendly team. The toasties looked and smelt great. Close to tin alley and glyn davis building- leave some time as it is always pumping!

Coffee tastes like the sort of thing you’d expect to receive on the Hume Highway at 3am.

I’ve tried every coffee shop on campus and this is the absolute worst, and it's expensive too.

The cherry on top is how they’ve named themselves after a communist dictator who murdered civilians and political opponents, and also presided over countless human rights violations against LGBT Cubans.

Service was mediocre but not terrible. The only positive I can give is that I didn't need to wait in line, perhaps because others have worked out how bad...
