So badly wanted to like them. Tried to make an order through Uber eats for a BLAT, it sounded incredible after such a horrible week. I had requested for my order to be made fresh with extra avocado if they could. My message was super polite, told them to keep up the great work and added a smiley face. They responded with something along the lines of you get what you are given. Left a bad taste in my mouth and sad to say I’ll never try them again- there a nicer ways to get your point across and it’s disappointing that the owner can’t take responsibility or ownership. It’s also a shame that the owners reply is immature at best, if I had the luxury of being able to go to the store I wouldn’t be using Uber eats and for a first time user of their store- I’m not sure how I’m to assume the orders are fresh, from my hospitality background I would see people make orders and let them sit waiting for the driver for 30 minutes… very unprofessional reply from the business- it’s not hard to be kind or...

From the moment I walked into Coffee Home Café, I felt right at home. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with thoughtful décor that makes the space feel inviting and comfortable.

The service was amazing, thanks to our waiter, Richner. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. He gave great recommendations and checked in just enough without being overbearing—he really stood out!

The food was incredible. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The coffee was perfect, and the desserts were soft, fluffy, and just so good. You can tell they put a lot of effort into every dish.

Excellent coffee and delicious black forest vegan slice!! All of their slices are behind a glass counter which is great (not exposed). All staff that I saw were wearing masks properly and not touching them and there was hand sanitiser along with a check-in book close to the order counter. This is all very important to me at the moment as recovering from major Op and need to be careful (feeling vulnerable). If cafe staff follow current requirements, it provides reassurance that their other food handling practices are sound (in my view). I walked past three cafes where masks were either not worn by staff, hung down around chin or were being hitched up from the front, before seeing straight away that Coffee Home staff were happily complying with requirements without fuss or drama.
