Coolaroo Hotel — Restaurant in Melbourne

Got there at 1 am to do check in Very bad experience staff have to fill the paper and already did it online, gave me wrong key for wrong room and I have to try to open the door and someone was inside and I was going to be in trouble,so had to go back and start looking for the guy in service reception and try to fix the problem that was annoying to start with this night,my booking was for 4 nights From Saturday to Wednesday morning out of sudden I went out Tuesday morning early to meet some friends, and when I came back I the key was out of service didn’t work to open the door, And I went the reception to fix the problem They said your booking was finished 10 am this morning,and you are not allowed to stay in the room and all my stuff is inside After awhile with silly conversation with unprofessional staff I proofed them my booking on paper and how much that I have paid , they said all right we will take you money back cause the room it’s been booked by someone else was mistake form there system And I said take Whole my money back I will find another place otherwise activate the key and let me back the room and you figure it out with another customer Was very bad situation to be with and deal with unprofessional people Wasn’t cheap close to 700$ for 4 nights with no any meal or laundry including just all kind stupidly things Not recommended never ever So bad motel No...

Fantastic service, really bad menu,

Bring back your old menu you had more variety we used to enjoy this place you made the best Mexican Parma that’s all we would order every week…. We came in to a new menu I had no choice but to order a nasi goreng, it was bland, mushy, basically a plate of rice not much was added to the bowl of rice don’t know why you advertised nasi goreng if you don’t provide it. I left my bowl of rice at the table i couldn’t eat it was really horrible and I felt awful to complain because the staff are lovely people

There really isn’t a great deal of options on your new menu and we have stopped eating here

Let us know when you bring back the old menu or at least the Mexican Parma then we definitely would come back

If I could give this place NO stars I would! I organised my partners 21st birthday in their function room and I was absolutely disgusted with the way the staff were acting towards us. The birthday boy fell asleep in his chair, the staff obviously didn't like that after one of them called him "a waste of space". We spent almost $1,000 on food and was nowhere near that. We payed $100 for the function to finish at 1am and the bar was cut off at 12am, and the birthday boy and I were home well before 1am. Beer was flat, glasses were warm. One of the staff members were racist towards a family member, she was refused service. Later on the staff member apologised for her disgusting behaviour. Horrible service! Food came out way to late.
