Bizzler Take-Away Food — Restaurant in Melbourne

Finally got to try Bizzler after driving by it for the past year. I always get Adana at kebab shops that serve it. The Adana here is very nice and the other menu items I have not tried look appetizing as well. I have tried the lamb Kebab here as well and it's also very good. There two kebab spots at this little shopping plaza but Bizzler is hands-down the superior one (now that I've tried both places).

The prices are very affordable in my opinion and portions are significant. The taste is top notch (for my taste buds). The staff have been friendly with me and I've had no issues or complaints. I hope to come here more often. I have and would recommend to...

Really bad customer service. Waiting time for a kebab was over 1 hour, i know its ramadhan and theres a lot of pressure for the staff to keep up but during rush times, it is important to have more people on roster rather than being under pressure and causing inconvenience to every customer. Another thing replying back to the customer is not how you provide customer service. No matter how frustrated the customer is, it is important to acknowledge the complaint, and apologize rather than fighting back. You need to have more customer focused people hired. I’ve come here three time to order mixed bbq and always couldn’t. Either the wait time was too much for my starving family due to the high order number or I had forgotten to bring cash. Yesterday I finally got their grill platter and boy was it worth the wait! Amazing grill. Everything is on point. Just a word of caution their charred green chilli is really hot so careful around that! Will recommend pre ordering on phone before you go like I said they can get very busy.
