Tonight, we took the dog for a walk and along the way we ordered two roast chicken dinners with a side serve of vegies and also scalloped potatoes as an extra.

Firstly, I commend them on absolutely great service with a smile, they were so kind and friendly! I really hope the boys working tonight are valued and appreciated, they deserve a pay rise if there is room in the budget, as I will keep coming back not only for the food quality and value, but also the service!

Secondly, their chicken and gravy is next level. Like seriously, I can be fussy with chicken and gravy and theirs is just sublime.

Well done on the scalloped potatoes also and thank you for the seriously generous serving!

The chicken is about as good as you can expect from a charcoal chicken place.

The burgers are a bit average, but they're definitely not bad, and most importantly they are well priced.

Pro tip: buy the food in the shop instead of through menulog/ubereats cos the prices are way cheaper. E.g. the 1/4 chicken and chips is $17 on menulog, but if you buy in the shop it's $8.50.

And that's where this place earns its 5 stars from me: the price/value. The food is fine / good enough, the prices are the real MVP

You cannot get a bigger or better Parma chips and salad for $10.50 anywhere! It’s serving and HUGE and delicious not only the Parma itself but the sides too, super generous portions. The schnitzel burgers are also great, like 3 layers of chicken per burger. And the regular roast chicken is always delicious! I live right around the corner from the rooster bar in Fairfield but after the upped the prices and downsized the serving portions I gave this place a try and never turned back! So worth the drive! LOVE THIS PLACE!
