⚠️ Safety and Accountability Concerns ⚠️ I was a long-term member paying $198 a fortnight and attended regularly. Unfortunately, I slipped on wet floors at the facility, resulting in a serious injury and ongoing medical, chiropractic, and therapy expenses. Despite clear camera footage of the incident, management has chosen not to take responsibility and has continued to request membership payments. A wellness centre should prioritise safety, transparency, and member wellbeing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility and suggest considering alternatives where accountability is taken seriously. Reply to Owner: Would you like me to share the emails where you suggested my medical treatment costs could be deducted from my membership? I should not be paying for either after falling at your premises. Your emails clearly state you’re not taking responsibility, and there’s still no reply to my last message. I’ve received no support — only added pressure over payments, while I continue dealing with pain, financial loss, and emotional stress. I also know of others who have slipped there, which says a lot about the safety standards. If this matter continues to be ignored, I’ll be taking it further so no one else has to go through the...

Read moreThis was my 2nd time visiting Wellness Social and I honestly feel like things are a bit all over the shop, which is disappointing. Upon my 1st visit I received a voicemail whilst on premises using their facilities to ask if I wanted a tour of the facility after I had 'enquired' online, which was really odd - I was on-site literally in the middle of a session. On my 2nd visit I used their Red light therapy, which is advertised as a 30 minute session when booking, but then on your site it mentions it's a 10-20 minute session. Which is it?! Upon arrival I was informed it's a 10 minute session. I then was mistakenly put into a private infra-red sauna when I had booked the wet recovery. So I abruptly had to leave my session. Clear communication is key, especially in the wellness space and on 2 occasions now things have not really met...
