Crust Pizza Armadale — Restaurant in Melbourne

Last night we called to get a couple of pizzas to catch up with some friends at a park, we were running late and called on the way .

The staff member who answered the phone wasn't very helpful with deciding on the 2nd pizza as we did have a menu and didn't have time to look online before we called

What was disappointing was that we were told it would be ready in 15 minutes for pickup and arrived 16 minutes later to ask for it and they started making it them a few minutes afterwards.

The pizza choices and flavours are amazing but these pizzas come with a price tag $42 for two large pizzas

Used to be good until management changed or something. Been a loyal customer for few years. Recent online order was horrible, pizza didn't arrived for more than an hour. I called the shop, and the staff was rude and confused, yelling in phone, no help no apologies, dismissed my query, bad customer service. We dont live far away from the shop so it is not the distance or time problem for them to deliver the pizza. They simply forgot but didnt admit it. I have the online and hardcopy receipts that show the time it was ordered. After more than hour 15mins, pizza finally arrived but it was missing alot of ingredients. It seems to only a pizza base with sauce! Worst experience waste of money and time! Avoid, last time...

Very poor service. We were not provided basic water until we placed an order in the restaurant. Two young talented girls were due to perform. Due to miscommunication the girls started late. After initially hmmm and ahhs Crust Management they let them perform but then did not end up paying them for their hard work. They got business from us family who came to support the girls. The beauty of the whole thing was the girls were drawing by passers who were very interested in their music but obviously not in the service of the joint. We got water and some basic service after we placed an order until they did not think much about us as patrons. Will not go there and neither will our kids...
