I mean the pizza tasted decent it had an alright amount of toppings and it was cooked well but I would only rate it as a bit better than your dominos or Pizza Hut , I don’t think it warrants its price tag whatsoever. The pizza and garlic bread were quite average and ordinary.

Crust Pizza offers decent quality, but some flavors were just average. The Vietnamese Chilli Chicken had a nice spice but lacked depth. The Peri Peri Chicken Pizza was okay but not top notch. Pickup was smooth and on time. Overall, not bad, but I expected more for the price.

As always I love crust pizza for its fresh and flavourful tastes it is well worth the higher price tag for the quality of food you’re getting. Decided to try out crust glen waverley for the first time, and I have never received such wholesome customer service by anybody at crust in my many times of eating from the franchise! The most wonderful danish lady served me on her very first day on the job and was so so attentive and delightfully friendly that I will definitely be back for more crust goodness from the glen waverley branch! Compared to my local crust the peri peri pizza was less saucy and slightly less toppings. Its a shame about this franchise because we actually really enjoy the food from here but tonights service has been terrible! We ordered at 20:30pm directly from the restaurant. Received an email saying delivery would be 30 minutes or less. 30 minutes later, we called for an update to be told the driver was a few minutes away. 15 minutes later, no delivery (we live 5 minutes drive away) so we called again to be told the order was coming out of the oven`. No apology was offered until one was requested by us. We were reassured it would be another 15 minutes at most before our order was delivered. No compensation offered. No ability to escalate as the person giving us all these mixed messages WAS the manager herself! 15 minutes since the last phone call and we are still...
