I was there 8 days before Christmas. I needed assistance to find a product. Struggled to find a staff member to help me. When I did find 2 standing at a counter talking I asked for assistance. I was told to go to the next counter which was unattended. I then tried to purchase an beautiful umbrella instead as I could not get help with the original product I wanted. Still no one to serve me. I asked the woman at the wrapping counter if I could purchase it there as I couldn't find anyone else to serve me. I did want it wrapped as I was going to a function. She refused to sell it to me or wrap it, and said it was an ugly shape and would not look nice wrapped. I then went to a counter she told me to go to. The woman there ignored me even when I said excuse me. She walked off with a suitcase out the back. I finally got a woman who said she was not DJ staff to serve me. I was so angry by this time after 20 minutes of being treated like dirt I told her so. Her only response was well they're very busy and understaffed. Seriously? I will never shop there again as the stress it caused was not worth it. No wonder people are shopping online if so called personal experiences are...

The Saba employee was a middle aged brunette woman by the name of Angela - this woman came over and was incredibly rude when discussing reason for return, she had no time of day for us once she realised we were returning not purchasing and tried to argue with my mother when she explained the white pants were too see through for her preference. When she left, the david jones employee continued to process our return - when we brought up her attitude towards us, the male employee agreed and stated she was upset because our return ruined her sales target. She rolled her eyes at us multiple times when packing up the return, this is incredibly disappointing given we have been consistent shoppers at the Glen David Jones over for more...

She didnāt seem to be interested to serve me initially and when I asked politely if they have a plain paper bag (which I was happy to pay) she just started to put the items into a plastic bag, and said they donāt have a āpaper bagā without even making eye contact with me or provided other paid options. A moment later another customer arrived behind me and this staff greeted her immediately. I just asked why am I being treated differently and she said, oh no why would you think that please donāt think that, in a really sarcastic way as if I was making a silly accusation.
Iāve shopped in this store many times and had good experiences prior. This was really disappointing but Iām not longer surprised seeing other reviews on poor...
