I ordered holiday special set meal for one. the staff Debbie asked me to select sauce. I chooses salted egg. She didn’t mentioned me the sauce need extra charge until I got paid. I realised and questioned the meal price different with the advertisements.Then she told me the 1.5 dollar extra charge for the sauce fee. I told her I don’t need sauce if need extra charged. She told me must select sauce and pay extra. She never explained some sauces need extra charge and some sauces are free. That I can promise what I heard and what I said. When I asked to see the manager. She said the manager is not on duty. When I ask her manager’s number, she gave the number is unavailable. I requested 3 times for the meal tax invoice. The staff offered me bill and other customer’s tax invoice until the third time I got my tax invoice. That is a real cheat behaviour and...

Omi redefines food court and takeaway fare. I am well acquainted with their delicious offerings from my previous visit to their original chadstone store and I’m pleased to announce its as delicious as ever. I am beyond obsessed with their salted egg fries. They were the first I’d ever tried and what a pleasant discovery. Those I have tried elsewhere since have been a bitter disappointment so these are a must. I also opted for the flavoursome wagyu bowl and my husband had the salmon (except I ate most of it because it was sooo perfectly cooked and flaking apart). They both come with a perfect onsen egg- so unbelievably yummy and something quite different and unique. You can’t get this style of food at such premium quality anywhere else...
