Crust Pizza Ivanhoe — Restaurant in Melbourne

Worst pizzas ever! Delivery took over an hour - twice as long as originally predicted - and unsurprisingly our pizza were stone cold, dry & it looked as if it had been thrown together blind-folded. Equally disturbing was the fact that our bottles of Coke were luke warm. Like seriously how hard is it to deliver hot pizzas & cold drinks - given that Crust pizzas are notoriously expensive. Just give us what we paid for & I would say next time, but that will be the last time - given that this is the second unsatisfactory & totally unacceptable...

The Pizza was good, we tried the XL 1/2 beef with mushrooms and caramelised onions and the other 1/2 was a regular Margherita. They had tables to dine in but they are not quite prepare to people to eat in. We had no plates or cutlery and we had to ask for cups to drink our sodas. As far as Crust Pizza goes, Ivanhoe Crust is by far the worst I have tried. Not only once but at least on over three occasions from ordering there. I have given them feedback in the past for overcooking their pizzas and producing a ‘rubbery’ product. Yet they still deliver a below average pizza. I will never order from this...
