Very disappointed with Crust Pizza's 10th-anniversary promotion. They heavily marketed a free large pizza offer a week in advance, stating all you had to do was tag a friend's name on their post. Excited about the offer, I traveled 15 km to the store, hoping to get a free pizza, only to be told the offer starts at 5 PM — something that wasn’t mentioned clearly in their promotions.

The lack of clear communication and transparency ruined the experience. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to get people in the store. I ordered of uber eats. They do rack em bone bbq ribs. The ribs had 700g when we got them they felt light so we weighed them. Turn out it was under my 160g the BBQ chicken wing were also raw. When I called I was told that is how the ribs come. I explained they are selling 700g ribs. They guy argued with me until I repointed out that they also had raw chicken wings like not even a little cooked just warm raw chicken wings.
