I’m a long time resident of point cook and I’m really getting sick of the sliding standards around here. I used to love this place, I know covid hit a lot of cafes hard but if you can’t continue to provide food at the same quality. Simply don’t offer it. Don’t insult the intelligence of people willing to spend hard earned money in the current economic climate at your business. AND charge me extra for it. I ordered the same “meal” here twice. Twice I paid extra for a side and twice my side was not included. Can I just reiterate - this cafe is entirely what’s in the display, sandwiches and toasties you simply heat up. There’s nothing fancy or requiring any actual food “cooking” my item off the menu involved assembling toast, (which came UNtoasted), dip and a few pieces of tomato and rocket. Once it came with a balsamic vinaigrette and once it came with half the amount of salad and a lemon wedge. Where is the consistency? This is BARELY a meal and I was willing to PAY for it and it’s still not manageable? Mind you, I ordered something for my entire family and coffees and drinks, I spend minimum $35-40 here every time so you’d expect a little more care than if I was just grabbing a take away cuppa. I have owned and operated businesses my entire adult life and I find this so so deeply disappointing. Something has gotta be in the water because it’s happening to a lot of places in the area - no wonder cafe chains and franchises are taking over and least you know what you’re...

For Jeff, I genuinely can't overstate how disgraceful your behavior was that day. I was there and I saw it unfold. Your conduct toward the staff and owner was not only embarrassing, it was deeply inappropriate. At your age, one would hope you'd have the basic understanding of how a business operates. At any hospitality place prices reflect more than just ingredients, but also labor, the equipment use and the countless unseen costs that go into running a business. Instead, you chose to bully young employees who were simply doing their jobs, people who showed far more patience and professionalism than you deserved. It was nothing short of bullying, and frankly, watching a grown adult act so childish was pathetic. It made me uncomfortable to say the least. I come here everyday, not once have I been disappointed in the coffee nor food. If this is how you choose to spend your time ,then I suggest you take a hard look at your priorities. Or better yet, stay home. 7/11 is always around the corner you might have better luck talking to a...

Today I ordered 3 x medium coffees. I politely informed the barista that they are not very warm & she made another 1 x coffee. I waited for the other two coffees but they didn't come. When I informed them all three were not warm enough the owner said I should have asked for hot coffee. I thought coffee is normally served hot. At least hot enough that you to enjoy your coffee. The owner refused to replace the other two coffees. The fact is the cost of goods for 1 coffee incl milk & cardboard cup is less than $1.00 each. $5.50 per medium size coffee × 3 is quite a good profit. As well as that a staff member mopped up next to us with a very strong awful smelling mop & bucket. I will never spend a cent in "Little Espresso" ever again & tell all my friends of my poor experience there today. If I could give zero stars I would have. Do yourself a favour & go elsewhere.

We all left together, my mother in law certainly did not say it was a good coffee. The owner has made this up to save...

Do not order from here. We spent $60 on breakfast and honestly, I would’ve been better off just burning the money. I ordered an acai bowl through Uber Eats with mixed berries, banana, strawberry, granola, honey, and peanut butter. It arrived missing both the mixed berries and the granola. The portions of banana, strawberry, and peanut butter were tiny. Basically I got a bowl of melted acai and disappointment. To top it off, I paid an extra $2.50 for strawberries which wouldnt have cost me nothing if id chosen them instead of mixed berries, and didn’t get refunded for that, only $5 back for the missing berries and granola. We also ordered waffles which were cold, and the hot chocolate was just warm milk. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else.

I have visited this place once before and it was good. So my friend and I chose this place for our coffee today - we got a matcha latte, chai latte and Nutella banana waffle. My chai latte was nice. My friends matcha latte had a lump of matcha powder in it - she drank most of it but didn’t finish it. Unfortunately the waffles were really bad - it consisted of almost a full tub of Nutella on one stale waffle. It was not enjoyable at all because the amount of Nutella was ridiculously a lot. We tried to scrap the Nutella off but it’s difficult with Nutella’s texture. I was a bit confused on why someone would make it like this. The service when ordering and when served the drinks was good which is ok.
