Domino's Pizza Abbotsford — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered food from this store in Uber eats and my order says delivered(completed) within 5mins. I’ve contacted the store and they asked me to cancel the order saying it was late. Firstly why did they accepted my order and why didn’t they cancelled it from their end if was late. You should’ve straight away declined or should’ve contacted me. Instead you accepted the order and completed which is not even prepared.

As a dominos supervisor from 5years I completely understand how frustrating it feels when you got a late order(closing time).

But the guy who spoke to me was very much rude and he just cutoff the phone without solving my issue. I’ve tried multiple times again to speak to him but nobody responded. This kind of behaviour just simply resembles they’re looting money by accepting the orders and without delivering. I’ll definitely take this issue to the franchise level and will definitely file a complaint on the store. The least we expect expect was customer service and they absolutely failed...

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Domino’s Store I’ve had better experiences with Domino’s in the past, but this visit was nothing short of frustrating. First off, when I walked into the store, I was completely ignored by the staff behind the counter. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves, and it took a solid 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. When it was finally my turn to order, the employee seemed uninterested in helping. I asked a simple question about a special offer, and instead of providing a helpful answer, he gave a snarky response, almost like I was inconveniencing him. To top it off, my pizza came out wrong—cheese missing on one side, toppings unevenly spread—and when I pointed it out, the employee just rolled his eyes. I get that mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was unacceptable. This store really needs to step up its game. I won’t be coming back to this location...

Worse behaviour of delivery driver and staff over 20$ pizza was order by my wife for kids delivery never came or may be eaten our food rang back to store manager organised the another delivery that also did not came but suddenly driver turned up to our property with inappropriate behaviour name varun he rushed into the our property while I was standing on street made me feel unsafe I told him to jump out from our property afterwards had conversations regards delivery he made around 9 pm he said he does attempted phones call to my number but when I asked can u show me where or when or which number u called regarding dropping of delivery then he stared telling me what he has done in India about jails something I think he need to learn how to deal with customers while doing deliver afterwards he offered me 50$ I think he should buy a pizza for himself instead of...
