Firstly I was given wrong pizzas. I ordered 2 x extra large pizza 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese garlic but I was given 2 x cheese pizzas. When I called store spoke to lady who put me on hold and I was on hold for 40 minutes. I passed on feedback and the below message was sent to me and when I called to get pizza they said it is not in the system. Seriously Dominos Berwick Clyde is a joke. Good luck to everyone ordering from them and upon mistake get these generic messages.

Answered survey honestly and received email apologising for poor service and as compensation could order a free pizza. Rang for free pizza and phone etiquette was surprisingly poor, i had to reconfirm i had rang Dominoes as they just answered with 'Yeah?'. Explained i had a free pizza i wanted to honour and he said i have to drive into the store to collect. I said why should i be inconvenienced twice especially when this free pizza was a token for previous bad service? Long story short will not recommend this store, all other reviews seem to reflect this sentiment. By the time the food arrived, it was cold and inedible. We contacted after an hour trying to get through ( No one answers the phone!!!) we finally get through and speak to the manager you said we will get a full refund. Today we check and no refund was provided. We call the store and no manager available, however speak to a team member who advices we are not getting a refund as it’s in the fine print that they can take as long as they want to deliver food.
