I'd rate it zero if I could! STAY CLEAR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU'RE TREATED WITH RESPECT when you voice out poor quality of food and service. Received 3 pizzas and 2 cheezy garlic breads. One cheezy garlic bread was a plain garlic bread with burnt cheese towards one side of the garlic bread.
I just thought "it happens" and didn't want to make a fuss as I've been a loyal Domino's customer for over a decade but since receiving our pizzas at 7pm tonight, two of us in the family have been to the toilet TWICE EACH with a reaction to the food received.
I called the store and explained this. I was told that there are 300 pizzas that go out daily it just couldn't be. I explained that we use Domino's very often to look up my details as we are frequent and I wouldn't kick up a fuss for nothing.
The person on the other end couldn't give me the opportunity to speak, he just wanted to prove that he's right....he said he was sending his driver to collect the leftover pizza. I told him it's 10.20pm and my family are asleep. The leftovers have been refrigerated to send someone in the morning when the store opens to which he responds "how can I trust you haven't done anything to the pizzas?"
Upon hearing this I lost my temper but was further agitated with his use of expletives! Despite cooling off and calling back twice thereafter and finally agreeing to let the driver come, I was hung up on with the guy saying "do what you want". WOW how could you think of getting away with treating a customer like this?
STAY CLEAR...use the Sydenham store where staff are courteous and respectful or simply order from another Pizza store. Pull your head in!
Oh and if you want HONEST REVIEWS ABOUT THIS STORE, look past the reviews posted by "Kosaraju" and Co. as they're all fake 5 Star reviews with the same text, same photos and same surname! Why don't you simply lift your game instead of posting fake reviews? How long do you think you can get away with serving slop...

All the food was opened and started to be eaten and there was a knock at the door. Driver said he had dropped off 2 orders not 1. He demanded the food and did not leave the front door until we gave him the food back . I asked him why he’s taking the food back as it’s all been opened and he said he has to take it to next order . Told him I’d like to speak to manager as this is not food safe and he said he was the manager again demanding the food . Absolutely disgusted when I told my husband we went to the store to see why such threatening and intimidating service all over a pizza. The person behind the counter said he was the manager and again they required the food back as it was 2 orders given not one. He said he was the manager and again to go to uber eats and complain . I asked if they food was taken back it should have come back to the store but the other so called manager and food were not there. I’m assuming at was packed up again and delivered . Read more"NO IDEA.. INTENT ON ROBBING YOU BY MAKING UP PRICES" I Ordered a MARGHERITA (Cherry tomatoes, fresh tomato, basil drizzle & mozzarella) for the set menu price of $11.00. I pointed at the counter menu as I ordered it, They charged me $30 for one small pizza..and before I paid for it I questioned the pricing saying it should be the advertised price of $11.00 The cashier then changed the amount to $19.99 and I had to ask again, while pointing once more to the menu on the desk that the price was lower. (It was one pizza for one person) He then said "Wait a minute I have to ask manager:" Yelling in hindi to his superior and laughing under his breath he reluctantly decided to charge me the amount advertised . After going through a "Thailand-like barter for on a calculator yelling that I get good price my friend". I eventually received my pizza in around 40mins waiting longer than other walk-ins.
As I opened my pizza I was only disappointed as there were was no tomato pieces, no basil, and was basically a microwaved pizza base with cheese. I ended up throwing it out, and having a horrible memory of the only DOMINO'S I have ever been to that makes up its own prices and if you call them out for ripping you off ...you get a worse version than the already cardboard -cut-out-pizza chain meal that is...
