Domino's Pizza Coburg — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ordered delivery from this store and I will never be doing it again. I ordered my pizza at 13:45 and it only got delivered at 15:45. Estimated Delivery was 14:03-14:23, so I waited and finally got fed up with waiting at around 14:30 so I called them only to get an excuse that they only have 1 driver on but they come back in 10 min and deliver my order next. 15:25 comes round and still nothing, so I call them again only to get the same excuse that they only have 1 driver on. So I say to the lady that it is not my problem that they only have 1 driver on and that I would like a full refund. To that her response was you can cancel your order. I honestly couldn’t believe that that was her response. Considering dominos supposedly prides themselves on fast delivery and I only live a 6 min drive from dominos this was a terrible experience. I sent feedback explaining the situation and that I believe I am extremely to a full refund and all they sent me was 1 lousy voucher for my inconvenience. I am unhappy to say the least, and will never be ordering...

Terrible customer service. Don't bother calling if there is a mistake. They'll rudely tell you that you are wrong and do nothing.

Ordered tonight after the wife had a craving. This useless store once again failed to deliver. The meat lovers pizza had stuff all meat on it with most slices just cheese. They also didn't add chili flakes likes requested and included bacon even though it was requested without.

Save your money and buy literally anywhere else.

Update: Ordered again tonight with a group and once again they screwed up our order. Now to go through their complaints team to get a refund. How many customers and refund do they have to hand out before a new manager gets put in.

After ordering pizza for delivery, the pizza arrived and it was wrong. What I asked for was not what they delivered. I rang the store and told them, so they said they would make another and deliver it. When that pizza was delivered, it was wrong again. I couldn't be bothered calling again because it was already an hour after i made the order. How simple is it to follow what people order? This store at Coburg don't listen. They don't make the pizza that you order and it's just plain frustrating that such a simple task is done so poorly. I order pizzas from another store sometimes when I am at work and they have never got it wrong. There's nothing worse than paying for something and getting something else. Do yourself a favour and call...
